The trigger had a issue in the game and they replaced it asap and they offered complimentary sleeves. They are so good that they gave sleeves that I missed out on an Amazon order 6 months ago. Trust them to core… Good ethics… Good customer interaction…. Us girl gamers are really proud and looking for more products from them…. (Ya I did request a coloured version of the trigger)…
